KnowNow Information, a UK specialist in data and artificial intelligence services, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS 7) framework.

KnowNow Information has been successfully appointed to the following lots:

– Lot 1 – Digital Outcomes  

– Lot 3 – Digital Specialists

Through DOS 7, public sector organisations can access KnowNow Information’s AI and data expertise to support the design, delivery and improvement of digital services. This includes end-to-end digital outcomes as well as specialist capability in data engineering, data science, and applied artificial intelligence.

A key part of KnowNow Information’s approach is its Data Management Canvas, a practical framework used to help organisations clearly capture data usage, governance needs, and AI requirements before solutions are designed or built. This ensures that AI and automation initiatives are aligned to real operational needs and deliver measurable efficiency and value.
